Timothy has been in the real estate business for nearly 20 years. He has practiced in both Illinois and Louisiana. For the better part of 20 years he has been involved with property management. His family has always been big part of his business. He is also the successful business owner of AllTec Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air. Regardless of his business his highest priority is customer satisfaction.

Chelsea Everding grew up in Downsville where she graduated from Downsville High School. She attended college at Louisiana Tech University where she earned her BA in Family and Child Studies with consecrations in Family Sciences and Applied Child Development. She is also a Certified Family Life Educator with the National Council on Family Relations. Her real estate experience included 5 years of running a real estate management company and start REAP,LLC a local real estate investing group. Her back ground gives her extensive knowledge of the real estate market in Ruston and surrounding rural areas. She is also able to advocate for you when you are buying a home, whether it be your first home for your growing family or, an investment property to add to your portfolio.

Skyler Calcote grew up in Ruston, LA. Over the years, she has achieved an Associate's degree in business and is also in her junior year at the University of Louisiana at Monroe in business as well.

Skyler started as an office assistant with Providence Real Estate in 2017. Since then Skyler has been promoted to Head Property Manager with 2 employees working under her. With a friendly & trustworthy personality she has achieved much success in property management.

Skyler understands the dynamics of managing and overseeing the day to day operations.

Skyler’s dedication to her clients is shown in the opening of her own business Star Lord’s Cleaning, LLC to help provide her clients with quality cleaning at a reasonable price.

Skylar shows her hardworking, attention to detail, and customer service skills daily at Providence Real Estate. She is dedicated to building long lasting relationships and meeting all of her to client’s needs.

Grew up in Ruston and graduated from La Tech with a B.A in Psychology and a minor in English. She has been a licensed real estate agent for 8yrs. Along with real estate sales, she has over 15yrs experience as property management. She enjoys working with clients in all aspects of real estate, whether it be investors, first time home buyer or tenants. Above all else she loves helping people find the perfect property to fit their needs.

Zachary grew up in Bastrop Louisiana where he graduated from Bastrop High School. Soon after graduating, he met his wife while attending University of Louisiana at Monroe. With his wife, Zachary is a youth leader and active participating member at the Upper Room Church Ministries in Bastrop. He also has 3 years, and counting, sales experience in which he has grown every business he has been a part of. He is currently pursuing a career in real estate sales while being trained for Ministry and Business Management. He has a heart for people and helping get them to where they want to be.
